Financial Policy

The Eickhoff Group requires all new patients to pay in full even if you have dental insurance. We offer a 5% courtesy discount on all treatment over $2000.00. We will be happy to assist you in filing a claim for your reimbursement. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash and personal checks.

We attempt to schedule appointments that are the most convenient for you and that fit your personal schedule. Should a change to your reserved dental appointment be necessary, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. This permits another patient to receive dental care in your absence.
